Accepted payment methods: cash or bank transfer.The bank transfer fee shall be borne by the customer.
Handling and installation costs are not included in the product price. If these services are required, we will provide a separate quotation upon request.
As these are second-hand machines, we do not provide warranties or accept returns after delivery.

If an order is canceled after confirmation, the deposit paid will not be refunded.
If no deposit has been paid, a cancellation fee of 10% of the total order amount will be charged.
Orders for tools cannot be canceled or modified once confirmed.
According to Japan’s Foreign Exchange and Foreign Trade Law, the export of specific technologies or critical goods requires prior approval from the Ministry of Economy, Trade, and Industry (METI).
Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant export control laws and regulations.
If we become aware that an export may violate legal requirements, we reserve the right to refuse the transaction.
